Senior Systems Architect (Rust / C++)
Lead the design of bare-metal SIP/RTP media gateways, EVS audio DSP resampling pipelines, and kernel-bypass network drivers handling 10,000+ concurrent carrier voice streams.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years engineering systems in Rust or modern C/C++
- Deep understanding of Linux network stack, socket buffers, and zero-allocation concurrency
- Prior experience with VoIP, SIP signaling, or media streaming protocols
Key Responsibilities
- Architect resilient bare-metal audio gateways interconnecting IAM, Orange, and Inwi lines
- Eliminate memory allocations and maximize CPU cache locality across our audio pipeline
- Participate in 24/7 on-call tier-3 rotations for mission-critical carrier deployments
Speech & Acoustic Model Engineer (PyTorch / Audio)
Train, quantize, and deploy streaming Conformer ASR and phoneme-level neural vocoders fine-tuned for Moroccan Darija code-switching with sub-250ms latency.
Core Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Speech Processing, or equivalent production experience
- Demonstrated experience fine-tuning end-to-end ASR models on low-resource Arabic dialects
- Hands-on experience with int8/fp16 model quantization and low-latency inference runtimes
Key Responsibilities
- Build Moroccan Darija acoustic and language training corpora with noise augmentation
- Optimize streaming inference engines to meet contractually guaranteed <280ms voice SLAs
- Design deterministic finite state machine (FSM) guardrails to eliminate LLM hallucinations
ERP & Systems Integration Lead
Build hardened transactional synchronizers between SAP S/4HANA, Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics, and Vext Voice autonomous telephony agents.
Core Requirements
- 4+ years building mission-critical enterprise backend integrations
- Demonstrated expertise integrating with SAP, Sage, or Oracle enterprise accounting/logistics systems
- Strong grasp of idempotency, transactional rollback, and CNDP data sovereignty standards
Key Responsibilities
- Design bidirectional real-time bridges between legacy ERP databases and voice agents
- Own enterprise data pipeline security, AES-256 tenant encryption, and audit logs
- Collaborate directly with enterprise CTOs during onboarding sprints
